I contacted an ePassporte Corporate Representative via email, and he said “We had hoped that this situation would be resolved with Visa by now.  However, it is going to go on somewhat longer and I cannot tell you how long.” Sep-08-2010 - 8:30 PM

Hopefully they’ll resolve this soon, there have been a few rumors on Twitter that there will be an Update from ePassporte sometime tomorrow.
